What is Ayahlife?
Ayah Life for me means a life of freedom, bliss, awe, joy, service, purpose, abundance, honor and magic.
The term “Ayah” originates from Arabic, meaning “miracle” or “proof of God.”
This platform and service is intended to support deeper awareness of, and greater connection to, the miraculous aspects of life.
Through Ayahlife, Catherine works one-on-one or leads group-work on topics of well-being, meditation, yoga, wellness, healthy self-image and personal and spiritual development.
